G​reat course for beginners and experienced meditators! It has the theoretical and the practical part. Everything is balanced and interesting. I liked the informative part of the course the most.

Instructor was extremely good. I did not like the assignments, however. I have no desire to grade or be graded by my peers and so after a time I stopped doing assignments.
