This is a scam course and cert. Extremely low quality, and obvious 0 time or effort was put into doing it. I would be embarrassed to put this as one of my certifications.
if you are a beginner to this field i would not take this course. I only managed to get through it with help from other who work in this field. the videos spend the entire time comparing project management and scrum. all the test materials are based of the glossaries or reviews and even after that there is still material you'll miss from the videos that determines if u pass or fail. there is no education on the field or any terms you may encounter. this course spends more time trying to transition project managers into a scrum role, not first time learners. it is frankly embarrassing the only scrum program in this website, partnered with IBM, is so horrible and doesn't prepare anyone to understand the actual mechanics of scrum, or agile to the point where frequently used words aren't defined or understood. learning from a list of terms and not adequately explaining the methodologies listed among other information lost in the project management explanation, isn't helpful to create an environment that encourages education or participation. I'm very disappointed.

I love everything about this course. Everything was clear an concise.
The opinions of experts were not very useful as they basically just repeated what was said in the course before. Some of them (Matt) were just painful to listen to. Overall, it's a pretty good introductory course.
The material was great. But there were few aspects which I felt should have been included like what does the scrum master do in each ceremonies( like Sprint Retrospective )or some kind of role play where the individual can enact as a scrum master and think deeper. What would be the challenges at retrospectives or daily scrum other than conflicts? It would be greatly appreciated if these kind of activities can also be included. There was topic about burndown chart and velocity hardly once or twice. There were no graphs or images showing that or to get an idea of how the burndown chart looks or how to graph it. Overall I'm very impressed by the material. Thank you so much for all the hardwork and the man power in making this .

Nice intro. You learn what to expect as a scrum master, the initial terminologies, what the future may bring and a foundation to SM profession. This is NOT a SCM tutorial neither the certificate to SCM, though it is a good start.
