Excellent course! Updated to explain the current/future challenges for brands after Covid-19. Professor Kahn was highly engaging and her examples included a wide range of brands across CPG and luxury goods. I wasn't fully paying attention due to this being for a class assignment at my university and I'm crunching. Despite that, the bits that I did pay attention to were very informative and I learned a few tips as a marketing student as well as some examples for various companies such as NIKE, DICKS, Walmart, and CVS.
This course brings alot of data and vision to retail stratgey and the trends it is enduring.
It is clear and concise. The slides makes it easy to review the material.
And above all, I love the professor Barbara E. Kahn . She is full of energy and gets your full attention and concentration easily.
