It is the perfect course to understand active listening and how to implement it in daily life. I believe it can be used both by beginners and by professionals. The theory is illustrated by good examples. It contains a lot of information. As the course is divided into 5 parts I think it would be good to make short tests after each of these parts too. Thank you for this course! It was very useful for me.

I loved this course. Not just for the content but how it was put together. I have ADHD and dyslexia. Most times I find these course have great content but very poor delivery methods. Then after a long day they like to give you a reading comprehension course ,not a test on if you know the knowledge.
