This course provides the foundations and a good overview. However, some information provided seems contradictory and some answers to the quiz questions don't make common sense. Benefits mentioned also cater more towards the US.
The AI avatars were really creepy. The quizzes asked for information not covered in any of the modules. There were a ton of spelling and grammatical errors throughout the course.
