This is mostly an ad for Nvidia products, very little actual information well covered with numerous amount of BS like "unprecedented performance" and such.
I thought I would study more, and I did, but the course is mainly just marketing a bunch of fancy Nvidia hardware.
I couldn't believe but this really is Nvidia's entire official self-paced "AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals" course worth 50$ on Nvidia's website, here completely free! I even bought the original course before I found this one. Coursera's smartphone app makes it even better since you can project this course to your TV and watch the videos in your living room watching and summarizing the videos. Nvidia doesn't have a learning smartphone app. The new AIIO Associate level certification was launched in 2024 to provide enterprise professionals with essential training on the infrastructure and operational aspects of AI and accelerated computing. To pass the exam I recommend watching YouTube videos on AI infrastructure and Nvidia and Nvidia Developers channel's videos on the different products: GPUs, servers (DGX, etc) networking hardware, software, and especially Data Center management software. Plus read the spec sheet PDFs, read the articles, and review Nvidia's official Study Guide. The more you watch and read the better you remember and understand the huge software stack, ML models, model names, specs, and how they look and feel. For those passing the Associate level Infrastructure and Operations certification, in 2025 Nvidia introduced 3 higher Professional level certifications that might become your next challenge: 1. NVIDIA-Certified Professional: AI Infrastructure ( for System Administrators) 2. NVIDIA-Certified Professional: AI Operations (for DevOps) 3. NVIDIA-Certified Professional: InfiniBand (for Network Administrators) Good luck!
A very good course for beginners and i felt somewhat easy and i felt some tougher areas in the course cause mostly its full of Nvidia product advertisement , thats the reason behind the 4 stars. But overall it is a very good course .

It's a very good training course, which gave me a brief idea how to setup a system in data center at a high level.
Do not worry if one of your practice quizzes or modules do not grade. The last course completion quiz will complete the course for you even if any of those modules or quizzes do not grade and you will still be able to obtain your certificate. Other than that, the information provided in the course is quite interesting and will make you want to research more about the topics outside of the course.

It says "beginners" but actually after Module 1, it becomes quite technical and detailed oriented. I would have appreciated more generalist overview of the mentionned topics. Also it focuses too much on Nvidia products.

Great to learn a little bit about AI clusters and how they are deployed. A lot of open-source tools also are mentioned here so that's a big win.
