The purpose of the course is to help students understand the legal implications related to the design and use of artificial intelligence systems, providing an overview of the risks and legal protections that can be envisaged and giving an overview of the legislation and legal principles currently applicable on the subject. In particular, the profiles of civil and criminal liability, protection in terms of intellectual property and the impacts of AI on the fundamental rights of the individual - including privacy and the right to non-discrimination – will be examined.

The content of the course is very good and the course itself is very interesting. Sometimes the presenter was little difficult to follow/understand (spelling).
The course was well structured, very helpful and innovating. The professor gives to the student the right approach of the subjects. The videos are informative and nice to watch but you have to pay attention and take notes because when the tests are coming you will be surprised with the questions. I recommend this course.
El título debería ser otro dado que el enfoque está más relacionado con la falta de legislación aplicable y no en sí sobre la aplicación de IA en cuestiones jurídicas.
Este curso explica de forma sencilla los aspectos legales más relevantes al momento sobre el uso de sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial. Además, permite que el estudiante reflexione sobre aspectos del tema que van más allá del curso. Por ejemplo, sobre las burbujas de información y la necesidad de usar la IA con un enfoque centrado en la persona y no en la máquina.
Es un gran curso que te permite aprender sobre las cusas y efectos que producen los avances tecnológicos sobre el derecho, como es el caso de la inteligencia artificial. Lo recomiendo mucho y espero se siga profundizando el tema debido a que en el futuro definitivamente se necesitará de referencias como las enseñadas en este curso.
