The genuine upbeat delivery of the key concepts in this course are great! He is a knowledgeable teacher willing to pose the questions that we need to give serious consideration to. Additionally he is forthright in the importance of doing honest measurements for improvement. I highly recommend this course due to his remarkable balance and maturity to deliver this sometimes contentious material in a genuinely healthy, productive manner. I do recommend to add some more courses towards a higher specialization with difficult managerial scenarios and redirectIng conversations in healthy directions.
