Google Workspace User & Resource Management is well-structured and easy to understand once you learn the core components. The concepts of users, groups, OUs, admin roles, and resources are straightforward and work together to help organizations stay organized and secure. Managing users, assigning permissions, and setting up meeting rooms/equipment is simple through the Admin Console. Overall, it’s a clean, intuitive system that’s powerful yet beginner-friendly.

Downloaded the correct application and started the trial. This was almost impossible to follow along with as they were talking about sections that were simply not available or laid out where I could access them and follow along. Course seems slightly outdated in terms of the version of Google Work space they were using in the course videos.

4 stars because it has a great content and it started so well. But not 5 stars as from the middle ad on, it requires an even more expensive subscription for you to practice, so you end up stopping practicing in fact. Unfortunately, subject becomes more complex, and there's no way to practice...

Excellent learning platform

This certificate requires a domain name purchase and google workspace purchase (which I do not believe was clearly explained in the class description), and each requires a monthly payment with google workspace plans having a yearly commitment. I am looking to learn new skills, but not looking to have long term payments for it. I also do not believe that this course would be finished before the 14 day trial is over for either site.
