Short and lacking real grit and ways to grow. Just some surface level info with a few general tips. Nothing groundbreaking. I don't feel that this achieved what it advertised.

Very good
The content of this course is good and the trainer offers good insights, HOWEVER there are articles behind paywalls, locked assignments/tools, and one really outdated resource that could and should be updated. In addition the "check your understanding" questions embedded in the videos need a lot of rewriting, perhaps by an educator. They are more suitable to a coaching session or as discussion openers rather than right/wrong style evaluation tools. Overall, I would recommend the course to colleagues but with the above shortcomings laid out first.
the videos were a good introduction. The AI coaching dialogues were great. the questions at the end of each module were poorly written, were not reflective of understanding in the video, and did not help support learning.

It was a good overview of qualities expected from an executive. I do think it it "too theoretical" lacks real-world examples and case studies. 3/5 stars.
