Was definitely a great beginner course however I found that the instructor went quick at times and would skip over how he did specific things inside the lesson making it difficult at times to follow

Good info but quite a few mistakes - either from the audio or issues with the project tutorial. Still worth it as a good refresher though.

Course has some useful lessons to get you up and drafting with a few tools. Many lessons contain a lot of filler with the instructor repeating the same few actions for large portions of the video. Overall not satisfied with course, especially for the $50 price. Acceptable for introducing CAD to someone, but a master class for professionals it is not.

The AutoCAD interface has been updated since this class was produced, so many tools or steps included in the course work are outdated. I often found the instructor difficult to understand, so I had to review some lectures multiple times. The Dialogue Interface also brought up tasks that were not included in the training, so that led to some confusing dialogues. Simply type "Unsure" and the Dialogue Interface will give you the information you need. Lastly, no furniture or landscaping libraries were available, so I was unable to fully participate in those modules. That aside, the course will teach you the fundamentals of AutoCAD, including drawing boundaries, walls, doors, windows, hatching and the Section View. Note that Autodesk limits you to a 15 day trial version to complete the course.
