This course while helpful with the basics is 3+ years old and is based on New York, not the latest instance of Xanadu. The App Studio is very different and makes this course hard to follow. It should be updated if it is to remain in the catalogue.
Much of the content is out-of date. ServiceNow has a new interface and the course is on the old one. Also there were some scripts not available as attachments. I would give 4/5 stars if this was properly setup.
this is very obsolete to the point you cannot follow along with your trial instance. Great content, old version
Seems to be a bit outdated because many functionality moved to ServiceNow Studio meanwhile. Also the bot dialogues are annoying and the assessment questions could be improved.
Course material is outdated by at least 5 years. Needs to be update to SNOW current releases. Difficult to follow if the UI has changed from 6 year ago.
