All six of the related courses in this specialization — People and Soft Skills for Professional and Personal Success — are unpolished. Aside from copy errors, there are quality issues with the content. Some of it is acceptable, but some of it is problematically outdated. Some of the information presented is contradictory. The reviews and quizzes are inconsistent and poorly formatted, and often only vaguely line up with the lesson material.

I have just completed the People & Soft Skills: Essential for Professional Success specialization provided by IBM. The program includes six well-designed courses that are both practical and challenging. It requires deep engagement through extensive reading and video learning. Each module is thoughtfully structured to build essential professional and personal skills, and the quizzes truly test your understanding of the concepts. I sincerely appreciate IBM and Coursera for their effort in creating such a valuable and insightful learning experience. Thank you for helping learners like me grow and improve.
