I did not receive my Course Completion certificate despite compeleting all the modules (including trailhead badges ) still it is not showing completed
In module 4 there is a programing assignment "verify trailhead and trailblaze community badge", It wont verify as trailhead has changed the badge's name to "your guide to trailhead". The link provided leads me to this badge and I have gotten it. But it won't get verified and I cant pass the course without it. Please I request you to deal with this issue as soon as possible so that I may continue. Thank you.
I finished in one week.
The only issue is the system error verifying my first badge work.
I input my username 969999, and tried after 24 hours. It still needs to be worked thus there has no proof to show my course has been accomplished.
$72 each month is quite pricy, and the reason to pay for it is the certification.
I hope my issue can be solved before I finish the rest courses for the Salesforce Sales Operation certification.
I still waiting for the technical assistance or instruction for that part.
I worked for hours on the introductory module to this course only to get to the end and find out that Trailblaze and Coursera for this specific course are not well integrated and the API name to grade the Module 1, Week 4 assignment does not work. This means the certification cannot be completed as advertised and there has been no consumer transparency about this. In discussions for Week 4 you can see the instructor is aware of the issue but is still allowing course enrollments. Please do not use your time on this course until it is fixed.
The grading for week 4 is not functional, so I could not complete and earn the course.
It is disappointing to get such bad content on Coursera, and it makes me doubt the validity of every other course in there.

If anyone interested in learning about Salesforce and doesn't know how to start or where to go, I must tell you that this is the perfect course which would give you a great experience to enter in Salesforce ecosystem. If anyone want to get Salesforce Administrator Certificate, I would highly recommend to complete this course first. This course's fourth week is all about Salesforce platform.
Very well prepared and informative; touches on the many aspects at work behind the scenes of sales and marketing, defines and organizes the working parts, gives a healthy dose of "sales speak" and shows how incomplete customer data and perfoming redundant tasks interfere with success (and demonstrates a software service that can help make things right)

The Trailhead Community Badge verification does not work and prevents people from getting the professional certification they have paid for.

Wow! The past 4 weeks have been amazing. Such insightful and reflective lessons throughout the course. I found the basic ins and outs of the entire sales process to be interesting along with the Salesforce and trailhead. Yeah, surely going to look out for the professional certificate.
This course was really good in helping me get the foundation of sales and salesforce , but a problem i had in this course was linking my trailhead badge to earn points for completing certain tasks
Overall I loved the course. My main issue was that I never got to verified my Trailhead badges even thought I triple checked my id and thoroughly completed all badges required.
Except the badge verification issue, The course is great to peruse. Welle explained modules and a great real-time tool experience on Salesforce.
BEWARE this course has issues. They need to update the verification labs. You will workk all the way to week 4 and be unable to complete the course due to an old lab that is no longer compatible with Trailhead - you need this verification numerous times throughout week 4. Support does not respond. You will find in the discussion chain that support only helped a few people. One support rep said some do not "deserve" a response. Quite frustrating. If you need a certificate in Sales Operations (and quickly) this is not the course for you. This is fine if you are here strictly for getting some helpful training and knowledge. I repeat: This course is impossible to complete at this time and the support team does not respond. I sent feedback and hope they fix this.

The course made it clear how clean, well-structured data can improve decision-making and customer relationships. I also enjoyed exploring the differences between B2B and B2C sales and how CRM platforms adapt to each model. The hands-on assignments and Trailhead modules helped reinforce the concepts, though I did find some parts — like opportunity scoring and CRM object relationships — a bit tricky at first. With some extra reading and practice, I was able to get through it. Overall, this course gave me a solid foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM strategy. It’s definitely motivated me to continue with the next course in the certificate and deepen my skills in lead and opportunity management.
