This course is designed for professionals interested in learning the principles of Lean Sigma, the DMAIC process and DFSS. This course is number 5 of 8 in this specialization dealing with topics in the Analyze Phase of Six Sigma Professionals with some completed coursework in statistics and a desire to drive continuous improvement within their organizations would find this course and the others in this specialization appealing. Reviewed Oct 28, 2025This series is horrible. The instructional design violates basic principles of pedagogy and heutagogy, consisting of reading a lecture and using slides with clipart images. It does not adequately demonstrate the material in types of use cases. The tests include blatantly false questions and answers. Some questions are missing key data needed to complete calculations. Many of the questions are grammatically incorrect or misspelled. In some cases, the same answer is correct one time but incorrect another. Very unprofessional.
