The course "Employee Relations" has become useful and relevant for me, especially in the context of real work situations that we have become acquainted with during my studies. The topics that covered occupational safety, employee well-being, conflict resolution and ensuring fair working conditions were not only theoretical, but also practical - with clear examples and cases that can be applied in the real HR environment.
Particularly valuable was the emphasis on the role of communication between the employee and the employer, the importance of feedback and compliance with safety standards.
